This is a short-term rental for a 25-pyeong unit at Banpo Riche Apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I'm going abroad for a few months, so I'm renting it out for a short term. There are 3 rooms in total, but please note that the smallest room cannot be used as it will be used to store the owner's belongings. The master bedroom is equipped with 1 queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, and 1 desk. The smaller room is equipped with 1 super single-size bed, 1 wardrobe, and 1 desk.
1 minute from Sapyeong Station on Line 9 / 7 minutes from Express Bus Terminal Station on Lines 3, 7, and 9 5-minute walk to Banpo Academy District
Check-in is contactless. A community card is also provided, allowing you to use the sauna and cafe. Please pay the community cafe usage fee upon check-out. Parking is free for up to 200 hours per month, and parking fees will be charged after 200 hours. *. Parking registration will be provided for those renting for one month or more.
*.Upgrade The living room sofa has been changed to a sofa bed that can be converted into a 2-person bed. Please note. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and tableware, and all items necessary for daily life are provided, including a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, water purifier, TV, and wireless internet. Food waste bags and general waste bags will be provided. Please dispose of the trash when you check out.
