This house has been recently renovated both inside and out, and is now clean and tidy. All the necessary appliances and furniture for daily life are provided. Stay in a bright house filled with sunshine. ♡ The host personally manages the property, so it is always maintained in the same condition as the photos. ♡ As this is a short-term rental, items such as towels, bedding, and personal hygiene products are not provided. ♡ Take the subway to Dongincheon Station or Sinpo Station. ♡ If you are using your own car, you can park up to 4 cars on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the house. A public parking lot (free parking facility) is available directly across from the house.
♡ This is a contactless check-in where we will provide you with the password before your arrival. ♡ We will send you a guide one day before your stay. ♡ Our home is a short-term rental of a private residence, so any illegal use is strictly prohibited.

Sofa bed available. ♡ Inha University Hospital is a 15-minute walk/bus ride away. ♡ Sinpo International Market, full of restaurants, is a 12-minute walk away. ♡ E-Mart Dongincheon Branch is a 12-minute walk away. ♡ Yumok Park is a 1-minute walk from the house. Yumok Library is also located there. Yumok Park is well-maintained and great for using exercise facilities. ♡ Convenient access to nearby Chinatown. ☆ Visit the Children's Library next to Yumok Park, right in front of our house~ Although it's a painful history, the library utilizes an old Japanese colonial-era house, and the garden and stone pagoda that were used as a villa in that era remain. You can experience old culture without even going to Chinatown~~
Additional management fees may be charged depending on usage. Do not use the air conditioner and boiler at the same time.
The house was clean and quiet, so it was a good place to stay. All the necessary facilities were well prepared. It was warm even though it was winter, and it was the best value for money. I highly recommend it.
The interior was clean and cozy, so I had a good stay for 2 months.
I used it conveniently in a clean house. It was nice that the host was considerate in many ways.
