- Check-in is contactless. However, if you prefer, in-person check-in is also available! - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - One room can be used as a dressing room. - Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible depending on the reservation status.
- Located in the most premium block of Yeonnam-dong, where you can explore hip cafes and local restaurants such as Blue Bottle, Tuk Tuk Noodle Thai, Layered, Soft Color, Yokochō, Find the Shop, Camel Coffee, Okja, Kong Cafe, God Eat, Nakrang Para, Earth's Us, Dobu, Parol & Lang, Yakitori Mook, and Soi Yeonnam Main Branch, all within a 1-5 minute walk. - Standard for 2 people / Up to 3 people can stay (additional 15,000 KRW per person per day) - From 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day, the Soft Color rooftop (Hongdae/Yeonhui-dong/railroad view) is exclusively available for guests. - 30% discount on all Soft Color menu items. - Shampoo, body wash, towels, and hairdryer provided. - All cooking utensils provided for 2 people. - If there's anything you need that's not provided, we can purchase and provide it. - All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If electricity is used excessively (exceeding 150,000 KRW), the excess amount will be borne by the guest. (This is noted because there are cases of excessive air conditioning waste.)
