This is a detached house located in a mountain village on the outskirts of Jeonju, offering a quiet place to relax. You can extend your stay night-by-night after the initial short-term rental. It features three single beds and comes fully equipped, making it suitable for business trips, travel, or a relaxing getaway. The living room and the first bedroom have air conditioning, while the second bedroom has a fan.
A private vehicle is essential, though there are 12 village bus trips daily to Pyeonghwa-dong, Jeonju.
Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The base rate covers up to 3 guests; an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person applies for the 4th guest and beyond. A 6kg washing machine and a 3kg dryer are available for use. Charges for electricity and LPG (for heating and general use) will be billed based on actual consumption.
The village is located at the foot of Mt. Moak, on the border between Jeonju and Gui. You will be required to provide compensation for any damage to property caused during your stay.
Electricity and gas are not included in the maintenance fee.
