This is a clean, well-maintained room designed for comfortable living. It comes equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooktop.
It is located right in front of Exit 2 of Campus Town Station, within a 5-minute walk. You can take bus No. 330 from Campus Town Station to Incheon Airport. You can take bus No. 6405 to Gangnam from the bus stop right in front of the building. Yonsei University is within walking distance.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM (times are negotiable). Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. Please ensure you sort your trash thoroughly. Take the elevator down to the first floor, turn right at the entrance, and then turn right again; the waste sorting area is right there.
You can access various amenities on the ground floor, including a convenience store, restaurants, and a café. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage or staining. The space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in. Free parking is available for stays of three weeks or longer. Please feel free to let us know if you experience any inconvenience.
There is no separate charge for management fees. However, additional fees may be requested in the event of excessive usage of included items.

It was nice to have a view of the complex's landscaping, and I was so satisfied that the three weeks flew by. The host was also very helpful in explaining things whenever I had questions.

I felt right at home and was able to relax comfortably. The host was incredibly kind, which added to the sense of ease, ensuring a stay completely free of inconvenience. The thoughtful touches and the quality of the amenities were far superior to the hotels I’ve stayed at during previous visits to Korea, so I plan to stay here again whenever I return. It was also excellent value for money, making the experience even more satisfying.
