♦️ It is 10 minutes away from Guro Digital Complex. Underground and above-ground parking are available. ♦️ There is a walking trail that connects to Hoamsan Mountain, Hoapsa Temple, and a natural park, so you can experience the forest.
Move-in is contactless. We will send you a text message when the contract is processed. Check-in 5 PM / Check-out 12 PM ♦️For groups of 3 or more, an additional fee of 20,000 won per person will be charged. (Please inform us in advance if you are adding more people) Parking is available on the ground and underground levels. ♦️For pets (small dogs only), an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged. (Full disinfection, laundry of all items) Please contact us with any inquiries.
♦️65-inch smart TV, Samsung 19kg drum washing machine, vacuum cleaner, coffee pot, microwave oven, hair dryer, 10 towels, tableware for 4 people, wine glasses, frying pan, and pot are provided. ♦️There is also a separate terrace on the rooftop on the 7th floor~^^ ♦️Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use the rooftop for smoking (a fine of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking inside the building). ♦️Pets are not allowed (however, small dogs are allowed. Compensation will be required for any damage to property). ♦️Costs may be charged for damage or breakage of provided fixtures and facilities. ♦️Food waste should not be put in the toilet. Please use the food waste bin. ♦️CCTV is installed at the entrance for occupancy checks. ♦️There is a CU convenience store and coffee shop in front of the house, making it convenient to use.
Management fees are not charged separately. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
A family of four used it for 6 weeks without any inconvenience and had a good stay.
