Information regarding heating and cooling for officetels in the Magok area: These buildings were designed with a district heating system, so heating and cooling cannot operate simultaneously; this applies to all officetels in the Magok area. Only heating is provided during the winter season... and only cooling is provided during the summer season. Neither heating nor cooling is provided during the transitional seasons. The management office usually posts a notice in the elevators regarding the start date for summer cooling. Generally, cooling begins in early or mid-May, and heating starts around October.
Items included in the management fee will not be billed separately.
It truly had everything I needed, so I was able to stay comfortably even with nothing. The owner is incredibly kind and responds very quickly to inquiries, even late at night. If I have time to stay in Seoul again, I would love to stay here. The best value for money!
I had a wonderful time in Korea thanks to this great accommodation two years ago, and I had an equally excellent stay this time around. First of all, the location is fantastic—it’s close to the subway station, and I really appreciate the secure building entrance. There’s a convenience store right downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. It feels more spacious than other similar studio apartments, so it doesn't feel cramped at all, and it comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in the Gangseo area.
