This is a new building completed in November 2023. There is a park and the sea right in front, so it's great for walks. You can see the sea from the veranda and also watch the sunrise. The air conditioner works great, so you don't have to worry. The basic rate is for 2 people. If you add more people, there is a management fee of 20,000 won per person per week. You will need to make an additional payment. ^^
Ansan Danwon Station is 10 minutes away, and Oido Station is 20 minutes away.
Indoor smoking is not allowed. Please check in without contact upon arrival. Upon departure, we will check the condition of the room in person. The bedroom is on the upper floor, and the lower floor has a sofa. ^^ The building has amenities, and nearby attractions like Oido, Daebudo, and Geobukseom are great for sightseeing.
A fee may be charged for damaged items. We will do our best to provide you with amenities so that you can use them comfortably.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
