🌿 It's a brick detached house in the countryside. There's nothing special about it, but it's not lacking anything either. It's a space where my family rests when they go down to my hometown, and I recently remodeled it and want to open it up. Since it's a house that's actually used, every corner has the owner's touch. - Check-in is usually done non-face-to-face. - We will send you a guide message within 1-2 days after confirming your check-in. 📌 Please note Management fees are separate (oil, water, electricity). You must learn how to use the oil boiler in winter. A car is absolutely necessary. This is not a pension, so you must clean up yourself during your stay and upon check-out. (No duvet washing, dishwashing, trash disposal, etc.)

The management fee includes electricity, water, gas, and oil boiler (kerosene). (Summer: 10,000 KRW/night, 20,000 KRW/night) We will fill the oil boiler (including hot water) with the amount of management fee paid at the time of contract, and you must fill the remaining part with your own money. 💕 Simple electricity and water are included. If you use the included items excessively, we may request additional costs.
There were no problems with the use of the facilities, and the interior was clean, so I had a good stay. However, it's in such a remote location that I think it would be too lonely to live there alone.
