Please refer to the manual poster inside the room for instructions on using the Wi-Fi and appliances. Visitors or additional guests beyond the number in your reservation are not permitted. Only light cooking is allowed; cooking foods with strong, lingering odors—such as meat or fish—is prohibited. Please do not attach balloons, garlands, or items using strong adhesives (like tape) to the walls. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Please clear out any leftover food or drinks from the refrigerator. Kindly turn off the air conditioning, lights, and heating when leaving the room. Please place used towels in the laundry basket. You are required to properly dispose of general waste, recyclables, and food waste. If the food waste bin overflows, please use the provided extra food waste bags; if you run out, please purchase more at a convenience store. Basic supplies such as laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself if you run out during your stay. Please bring the laundry bag delivered to the hallway inside without opening it. Unauthorized opening of a sealed laundry bag will be considered as usage, and a laundry fee will be charged. This is not a hotel where everything is flawless. As the building is older, some fixtures—such as mood lights or shower head caps—may show signs of age. While these do not hinder functionality, we are continuously maintaining and repairing essential items. Since we are renting out a private home, we recommend staying at a hotel if you expect hotel-style services.
The average monthly maintenance fee for the apartment is in the high 300,000 KRW range. Usage fees for the following items are included: one queen-size mattress, one queen-size topper, water purifier, coffee machine, TV, beam projector, various fashion and art books, three multi-chargers, microwave, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and iron.
