As the building is newly constructed, it is clean and well-maintained; however, the amenities and bedding need improvement. The sofa lacks cushioning, the kitchen is missing plates, and the kitchenware needs replacing. In particular, the bedding system needs to be changed to one where sheets are replaced, and the current bedding needs to be swapped out. The condition of the bedding was so poor that I had to buy new bedding to use.
It was clean and pleasant. It's also close to the subway station.
