- 5 minutes from Oryu-dong Station on Line 1, 15 minutes from Cheonwang Station on Line 7 - Trunk bus No. 660, village bus No. 07, 015 - Transfer at Onsu Station or Sosa Station on Line 1 for Gangnam, Gimpo Airport, Daegok - Airport bus: Board at the front of Terminal 1 (Airport Bus Information) for 6014~ - Airport bus: Board at Gate 9 of Terminal 2 for 6014~. Get off at the Sinjeong Hyundai Apartment/Seobu Truck Terminal stop. Pickup available (passenger car) with prior arrangement.
- Move-in will be conducted in person. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM - Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. (In case of damage, additional costs for cleaning and disinfection will be incurred.) - No more than the standard number of 2 people are allowed, and no external visitors are permitted. (Violation will result in eviction.) - Use of flammable items is prohibited.
- This is a suitable place for those who want to rent a fully-furnished place for a short term. - Registration of move-in is not possible. - Illegal use is strictly prohibited (gambling, drinking and singing, adult entertainment establishments will be immediately evicted upon discovery). - In case of damage or loss of items, or contamination of wallpaper or bedding, the corresponding cost will be charged. - Minors cannot stay without a guardian. - Only those with confirmed identities can sign a contract (if the contractor and the resident are different, please inform us in advance before signing the contract). - Beds are not provided as they can be unhealthy due to various contaminants, but a natural latex topper provides good body support for a comfortable sleep. - Additional cleaning fees may be incurred depending on the condition of the accommodation after check-out. - If electricity and gas are used excessively, additional costs may be requested upon check-out. - Consumable items provided at check-in are for one-time use and refills are not provided. - Weekly + a few more days possible - We are serious about cleanliness management. - We have prepared everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - For parking, use Exit 1 of Oryu-dong Station Oryu 2 Haengbok Parking Lot or Oryu 3 Haengbok Parking Lot
