▶ We are a space rental service, not a lodging business; therefore, we do not provide toiletries or hygiene-related supplies. ▶ We do not provide services such as bedding changes or cleaning of the rental space. ▶ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. ▶ Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking occurs or pets are brought in. ▶ The space cannot be used for parties or events, and we ask that you refrain from making excessive noise late in the evening. ▶ Please notify us immediately if any issues arise with the rental space (e.g., broken fixtures or equipment). ▶ You will be charged for the cost of any items or furnishings within the rental space that are damaged or stolen. ▶ If your rental period does not align with standard weekly or monthly units (e.g., 12 nights/13 days, 25 nights/26 days, 32 nights/33 days), please book based on a weekly rate and contact us.
▶ The management fee includes electricity, water, internet, and TV service charges. However, gas (heating) costs are separate and not included. Please be advised that additional charges may be applied if gas or electricity is used excessively beyond reasonable needs. We ask for your active cooperation in conserving energy and being considerate of others. Thank you.
Pros: Clean and tidy. Daiso, restaurants, coffee shops, and most other amenities are nearby. Cons: There is noise between rooms. You can hear everything from the next room. Someone in the next room was coughing all day. Parking is very difficult. If it weren't for the noise between rooms, I would 100% come back again. Suggestions: It would be nice to have a dressing table or a floor chair.
