This is a clean and comfortable accommodation. It features two bedrooms with a total of three queen-sized beds (each room has air conditioning). It can accommodate up to six guests. Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum booking period is two weeks; for stays longer than two weeks, the duration can be adjusted on a daily basis. *Please inform us if you are bringing a pet. There is a separate pet fee of 5,000 KRW per night, and an additional security deposit of 300,000 KRW (payable via bank transfer) is required. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to an inspection for any soiling or damage (fees apply per pet).
This is a two-bedroom villa-style home. Although it is a semi-basement unit, it is situated on high ground and feels like a ground-floor apartment; it receives plenty of sunlight, and every room has a window. It is a fresh, dry, and pleasant home. Just a short walk down the hill in front of the house, you will find a park and playground suitable for exercise. Thanks to the elevated location, the playground offers a wonderful view, including a scenic look at Bukhansan Mountain. The layout features distinct areas: a large bedroom (two queen beds), a small bedroom (one queen bed), a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The dining room is equipped with a large table that offers ample space for both dining and working. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a heating system, three air conditioners, a refrigerator, a two-burner gas stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, and tableware (cooking is permitted). As this is a long-term rental rather than a short-term lodging business, personal hygiene items (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, towels, and detergents) are not provided. Seasonings and cooking utensils (frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, etc.) are not included. Bedding is not included but is available for rent. We can set up bedding for six people (pillows, duvets, and mattress covers) as shown in the photos for a rental fee of 50,000 KRW. This fee is charged as a one-time cost, regardless of the length of your stay. An Emart24 convenience store is located just one minute away, making it easy to purchase trash bags and daily necessities. It is open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
