- We will provide you with usage instructions when you sign the contract. - Please inform us of the number of people and the purpose of your visit. *Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the number of people stated at the time of booking. (Please note that this is related to management fees.) - Parking is subject to a fee.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed. (If discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged an additional cleaning fee.) - In the event of damage to items or facilities, compensation for damages will be processed after notification in accordance with the legal provision for restoration to the original state. - If the management fee exceeds the standard amount, an additional charge will be imposed, so please manage your energy consumption carefully.
