This is a 19-pyeong (approx. 670 sq. ft.) second home that we purchased because we love Gangneung. It is primarily a space for our family, but we offer it for short-term rentals when we are not staying here. We hope you enjoy your stay with a warm heart. (Please note that a new apartment complex is currently under construction in front of the property.)
- 15-minute drive from Gangneung Station - 7–10 minute walk to Songjeong Beach/Anmok Beach
- Check-in is contactless. - Pets are not allowed. - Please observe basic rules for shared housing (e.g., noise control, no smoking). - Compensation will be charged for any irreparable stains or damage. - Further details will be sent via message after your booking is confirmed.
- A separate “Short-term Lease Agreement” will be drawn up upon contracting. - Personal items and hygiene products are not provided. - Management fees are to be paid to the management office based on actual usage.

This is the best accommodation. The interior is modern, and above all, it's a very clean place. The host is really kind, and I had a happy time throughout my stay. You can see the sea by walking just 5 minutes, and convenience facilities are also nearby, so there was no inconvenience at all. It was the best accommodation for me, and I definitely want to come back again.
