Convenient for traveling to the eastern and western regions. 🚗 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the 1st floor, and parking is available around the apartment. 🚌 There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk.

The facilities are clean overall as it is a newly built property, and it is fully furnished for your convenience! 💗 We also clean the air conditioner filter every summer :) 💗 A new queen-size bed was purchased and installed in December 2013. ✓ 1 living room/bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen ✓ Equipped with a bed (queen size), TV, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, cordless vacuum cleaner, rice cooker, coffee pot, hair dryer, cooking utensils and tableware, clothes drying rack, etc. -🙇🏻♀️ As this is a short-term rental, personal hygiene items, towels, seasonings, etc. are not provided. Please prepare them yourself. [⛔️Precautions] ✓ No pets allowed ✓ No smoking (cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking)

The toilet water pressure is weak, and the washing machine door is unreliable—it often takes several attempts to get it to work.
