- This house has a clean and sophisticated interior, as it was recently remodeled. - It has two rooms + a living room, kitchen + 2 verandas + 1 bathroom, but the small room is locked and cannot be used as it is used as a storage room. - The living room has a TV, sofa, table, foot massager, piano, turntable, and air conditioner. The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and utensils, mixer, and pot. The master bedroom has a TV, queen-size bed, bookshelf and books, dressing table, and desk. Veranda 1 has a bathtub. Veranda 2 has a washing machine.
5-minute walk from Seokchon Gobun Station on Line 9 10-minute walk from Seokchon Station on Lines 8 and 9 (many express buses) 20-minute walk from Jamsil Station on Lines 2 and 8 (transfer center available) If you get off at the Jamsil Lotte Hotel from the Incheon Airport bus, it's a 4,000-5,000 won taxi ride home. Gimpo Airport is a direct ride on Line 9 :) There are buses to Gangnam, Samsung, Daechi, Munjeong, Garak, etc. 2-3 minutes from the house
- Check-in is contactless. - We will inform you of the method once the contract is confirmed. - Please turn off the boiler when you check out and make sure there is no luggage left behind. - An additional fee will be charged for pets! - The fee is based on 2 people, and an additional fee may be charged for additional people.
The surrounding area is convenient, with Seokchon Lake, Lotte World, Songnidan-gil, Jamsil Saenae Station (Sinchon), Jamsil Station, and Bangi Food Alley nearby. Baekje Tombs are also close, making it great for walks :) This is a great place for one or two people, or up to four. It's fully furnished, so you just need to bring yourself :)
Items included in the management fee will not be charged separately. Water, electricity, gas, and internet are all included :)
