It is fully equipped with a bed, TV, refrigerator, and electric stove, as well as an air conditioner and dehumidifier in the living room. Heated water mats and electric blankets are provided in the two bedrooms and the living room to keep you warm during winter. Toiletries, towels, and bedding are not provided. It is a great place to experience country life while remaining close to the city center.
It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Anmok Beach (Coffee Street), Namhangjin, KTX Gangneung Station, and the dawn market. It also takes about 10–15 minutes to get to the intercity and express bus terminals. Gangneung Central Market is about a 5-minute drive away.
We will provide check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. Please note that you will be held liable for any damage to the property or its contents. Some of the displayed items are artworks by an acquaintance; please enjoy viewing them without touching them. Important: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the unit, including the kitchen and bathroom. Additional fees will apply for any violations. We kindly ask for your cooperation for the sake of future guests.
You can walk through the Noam Tunnel across the street to reach Wolhwa Street or Jungang Market while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. There are nearby paths suitable for jogging or taking a stroll. Since there are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity—though amenities like supermarkets, laundromats, and Daiso are about a 5-minute drive away—it is recommended to bring any necessary items with you.
Heating costs (oil-fired boiler)—which are not included in the standard maintenance fee—will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional maintenance fees may be charged if items covered by the standard fee are used excessively. Please note that an additional cleaning fee may be charged if the premises are left in a messy condition. For stays extending beyond two months during the winter season, an additional 400,000 KRW will be added to the security deposit at the time of contract signing. This is due to the use of an oil-fired heating system.
