When the contract is confirmed, the password for the common entrance and the unit will be provided non-face-to-face. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Restaurants and convenience stores are located inside and outside the building. - It is easy to use the Wake Park (artificial surfing) on nearby Geobukseom Island. - A golf academy is located nearby. - It is easy to use the beautiful and convenient bicycle paths and beach roads. - No smoking. Do not use incense sticks or burners. (An additional cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.) - The area around Bandalseom Island is under development, so there are not many delivery facilities yet. - The kitchen has a radiant cooktop, not an induction cooktop.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use electricity and gas excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
