- This is a women-only share house. - This is a new apartment that was moved into in November 2023. - Provided: Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, air conditioner, gas stove, rice cooker, closet and drawers, mirror, Wi-Fi, TV - Please bring your own toiletries and water. - Private rooms are separate, and you can use the shared kitchen and bathroom. - Mattresses are available upon request (5,000 won for bedding). - Towels are available for free rental.
• There is a temporary bus stop at Seohee 4th, so village buses run frequently. • If you walk for 5 minutes, you can take a bus to Seoul in front of Daekwang Apartment. • 20 minutes by car to Ansan
• We will provide you with the password once the contract is signed and confirmed. • I can lend you as many of my personal items as possible, but I recommend bringing your own basic personal items (toothbrush). • Since I live here, please feel free to tell me if you need anything or are uncomfortable.

All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
