This is a clean studio apartment that has recently undergone remodeling. It features a modern, clean interior with a white and gray color scheme, and all fixtures—including the bathroom and appliances—are brand new. I can send a video tour of the room upon request. * Please note that this is a short-term rental contract for a studio apartment, not a commercial lodging service like Airbnb; therefore, toiletries, kitchenware, and other daily necessities are not provided. (Please bring your own items beyond what is shown in the photos.) To protect the environment, some unused daily necessities left behind by the previous tenant may remain in the unit. 😊
- Located 307 meters (flat terrain) from Yeonsinnae Station Exit 3 (based on Naver Maps), a walk of about 3–4 minutes. * Yeonsinnae Station offers triple-line connectivity (Lines 3 and 6, plus the GTX) and is situated on flat ground, making it convenient to get around on foot. * A bus stop is even closer than the subway station—just a 2–3 minute walk away. * Seoul Bike (Ttareungi) Station 927 is located at Yeonsinnae Station Exit 3; dedicated bicycle paths are available from the station along Bulgwangcheon Stream all the way to the Han River.

Please contact us regarding maintenance or other issues during business hours (09:00–18:00). * Please note that this is a real estate contract (short-term rental), not an accommodation service like Airbnb. => If the person signing the contract differs from the actual occupant, it will be considered a breach of contract. ♧ Check-in: 14:00–18:00. For check-ins after 18:00, as phone support may be unavailable, please check the access code via messages on SamsamM2 or other platforms. Check-out: By 11:00.
- The building entrance is brightly lit 24 hours a day (not via motion sensors). - A total of four high-definition CCTV cameras are in operation, covering the building exterior and entrance. - Access to the building is granted by entering a passcode at the entrance. - Please contact us regarding maintenance or other issues during business hours (09:00–18:00). • Nearby Shopping - Lotte Super, Yeonseo Market, 7-Eleven, Daiso, etc. • Dining & Entertainment - Yeonsinnae Rodeo Street and subway station area • Hospital - Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital
Utility charges are included in the management fee; however, additional charges may apply in the event of excessive usage of electricity, water, etc.
