- This is a newly built 1.5-room villa completed in July 2023. - It is a 6-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station on Line 3 and Line 6. - It is a new building, so it is clean and has a bright, white-toned atmosphere. - It is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. - There are outdoor tables and chairs on the rooftop, so you can relax while looking at Bukhansan Mountain. - We hope you have a comfortable and cozy stay.

- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a move-in guide message. - Move-in is contactless. - Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you the exact address, front door password, and room password via text message. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Moving in is not allowed.

The place was clean, comfortable, and great. It was fully stocked with everything, down to the smallest details, and parking was available. The host was also kind; I had lost an earring, but they found it while cleaning and returned it to me.
