Two large rooms with one double bed and two single beds. The living room, dining table, chairs, and sofa are in a sunny, south-facing space. It's a beautiful neighborhood with the Taehwa River upstream walking trail and a hiking trail on the hill within 100 meters. Ulsan IC, UNIST, elementary, middle, and high schools, and a public kindergarten are all nearby, making it a very quiet place. It's cleaned and organized for a safe stay for guests, and there's plenty of parking nearby, so you don't have to worry about parking.
There is a Ulsan city bus stop at Guyeong Intersection, a 5-minute walk away. If you have a car, it's next to Ulsan IC, so you can reach Haeundae, Tongdosa, Seoknamsa, Gyeongju, Miryang, Busan Haeundae, Ugi Lighthouse, and Chungnyeong Bridge in about 30 minutes. Ulsan University, UNIST, National Garden, Grand Park, and Munsu Stadium are all within 10 minutes. Downtown Ulsan is about 20 minutes away.

Gas, electricity, water, and internet are included in the management fee. Our house is set up for 3 people. For 4 people or more, please consult with the host. Please organize recyclables near the entrance flower bed. If you do not organize them, a penalty will be applied, so please take care of it. Check-out time is 11:00.
