Up to 4 people can stay, but there is an additional person fee. For stays of less than 1 month, the fee is 20,000 KRW per person per day. For stays of 1 month or more, the fee is 10,000 KRW per person per day. Visitors are limited to 2 people for a maximum of 2 hours and must be disclosed in advance. Otherwise, an additional person fee will be charged. Children aged 12 (Korean age) or older are considered adults. A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for bringing in pets or smoking.
