Management Fee Information - 1 week: 100,000 KRW - 2 weeks: 150,000 KRW - 4 weeks: 200,000 KRW - Electricity and gas charges are billed separately based on actual usage during the rental period (meter readings taken at check-in and check-out). - Please transfer the management fee directly to the host on the move-in date (SamsamM2 does not handle the settlement of management fees). Additional charges may apply for usage exceeding the standard amount. - Any remaining balance after the final settlement of management fees will be refunded. - Costs for property damage or loss, as well as permanent stains on fabrics or walls, may be deducted from the SamsamM2 security deposit.
The house was neat and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. It's close to Subway Line 9 and also close to Line 2, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's a great location for a long-term stay. Thank you for kindly answering my questions right away whenever I had any during my stay. I'd like to stay here again if I visit Korea next time.
