You can get off at Gwangan Station or Millak Station and take a leisurely walk while enjoying the sea view. There are many buses running to the Millak Raw Fish Center, but since distances in Busan are short, I recommend taking a taxi; I can also provide a pickup service if you have a lot of luggage or a large group (for reservations of 2 weeks or longer). ■ Most importantly: while the app only lists "Complex 4," the specific building is Building 404 (within Complex 4, which has four buildings). Building 404 is located right by the sea and offers a great view. ■
While contactless check-in is possible, I highly recommend meeting in person for a brief walkthrough to cover how to operate the facilities, important guidelines, and parking registration. You will enjoy both safety and convenience, with secure resident-only passcode access at all entry points and full access to high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and TVING. ■ The unit is located in Building 404, offering the best ocean view. ■ We are also open to discussing flexible rental periods.
I am the owner; the unit is actually 3 to 4 times the size of a typical studio or one-bedroom apartment in Gwangalli, yet I plan to offer it at an affordable rate for the time being. (Please note that the price may increase during June, July, and August.) I also intend to provide more amenities than listed, ensuring that anyone who chooses this place will have absolutely no regrets.
Apartment maintenance fees are charged based on actual usage. The average weekly cost is 70,000–100,000 KRW (based on a standard group of 2–4 people); you pay a bit more if you use more, and we will refund the difference if you use less. The cleaning fee is based on a one-week stay. An additional 20,000–30,000 KRW per week may apply if the stay is extended.
