(Towels, skin lotion, hair dryer, and curling iron are provided) Both rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, making them suitable for families of two or more.
There is a bus stop within a 1-minute walk. There are famous restaurants such as Baekseol University and Buljjamppongjip within a 5-minute walk. There is Haenyeochon and Taejongdae within a 10-minute drive. Busan Station is a 15-minute drive away / Haeundae and Gwangalli can be reached within 30 minutes.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is complete, we will send you a text message with instructions on how to use the property. Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 12:00 Please inquire in advance for early check-in/late check-out. Free parking is available on the first floor of the apartment. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the unit.
The infrastructure is fully equipped with convenience facilities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and various franchises. Towels and extra bedding are not provided. If needed, we can lend them to you for a deposit of 5,000 won. (The deposit will be returned upon check-out.)
Items included in the management fee will not be charged separately. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. Additional charges may be requested for excessive use of included items.
