As this is not a commercial lodging business, we cannot provide complimentary items such as bedding, towels, or toiletries; we ask for your understanding. (Please contact us separately if you are an overseas resident or have an unavoidable need for these items.) - You may be charged for restoration costs if any damage occurs to the property. - No smoking indoors. (A special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if there is an odor.) - Pets are not allowed. - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
