You will receive a text message with instructions for your specific branch by the morning of your check-in day. ▶ Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. ▶ The tenant is responsible for the duty of care and restoration to the original condition, and must vacate the premises in the same condition as when they moved in. ▶ Please manage the facilities/supplies to prevent contamination, damage, breakage, or loss. ▶ If you need to extend your stay, please request it before the end of your current rental period. (Possible if there are no subsequent bookings) ▶ If you require a separate short-term lease agreement (for long-term renters of 6 months or more), please request it along with your personal information.
▶ The usage fee is based on 2 adults. (Additional 1 person: 10,000 KRW/day + cleaning fee: 20,000 KRW/1 time) ▶ To ensure a pleasant living environment, the following are prohibited. - Use as a party room/company dormitory is prohibited. - Smoking/pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional charges for restoration costs and rent/management fees during the restoration period. ▶ As this is not a lodging facility, disposable items and amenities are not provided. ▶ Upon check-out, please ensure dishes are washed, leftover food and trash are removed, and appliances and furniture are in their original positions. (Additional charges may apply.) ▶ Gongdae Oppa strictly manages the space to create the best possible environment for our family to stay. Thank you. ^^
▶ Electricity, gas, water, internet, and cable TV are included in the management fee. (If electricity and gas are used excessively above the average, actual costs may be charged upon check-out.) ▶ Cleaning fees and restoration costs will be added for garbage and internal damage. ▶ Please turn off lights/air conditioners when going out, and switch the boiler to away mode during winter.
I booked the accommodation for a hospital visit, but beyond that, the location was perfect and there were plenty of places to eat nearby; I was very satisfied with the stay.
It was a very pleasant week, thanks to convenient public transportation and nearby dining, shopping malls, and parks. It was also great that parking was available. ^^ I’d love to stay here again.
The location of the house was excellent. There was a small park in front, and the amenities were very convenient.
