If you need parking, you can register with the management office with a contract (we will issue a contract for 100,000 won, and a second car can be registered with the management office for a monthly fee of 50,000 won). It is right in front of Exit 4 of Jangji Station on Line 8. Buses to Jamsil, Gangnam, and Seocho areas stop in front of the complex. There are many buses that can take you directly to Asan Hospital and Samsung Hospital~~~
❤️ Check-in is at 15:00 (3 PM), and check-out is at 11:00 (11 AM). ❤️ Check-in is contactless. You can sign a contract for a minimum of one week at 33M2. If you wish to stay for longer than a week (e.g., 8-13 days, 15-20 days, etc.), daily rates can be calculated separately. Pets and smoking are not allowed. (If indoor smoking is detected, special cleaning fees and compensation for the rental period during deodorization will be charged separately upon check-out.)
Conveniently located for Jamsil, Gangnam, Seongnam, and Pangyo. A family of four can live here without any problems. There is a reading room next to the management office on the 2nd floor. It's on par with a private library or a study cafe. If you need proof of expenditure, you can pay by card in the app to get proof. The accommodation does not issue individual receipts.

I had a very comfortable stay. It is a place I would love to visit again. With excellent convenience, transportation access, and cleanliness, it is a wonderful place that lacks nothing.
