Hello. This is 'Orchard House'. We are a 500-pyeong (approx. 1,650 sq m) private house in a rural village located in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do, near Seoul. The house is situated in a 'baesan imsu' (mountain at the back, river at the front) area, with a mountain behind and the Namhan River in front. In summer, there's a cool breeze, and in winter, the sunshine is warm. During your stay, guests can use the entire first floor, the front yard, the courtyard, and the apple tree garden and field in the backyard. (During harvest season, you can pick and taste potatoes, sweet potatoes, blueberries, and apples.) For cleanliness management, we limit the maximum number of guests to 6. (Please check the number of guests accurately when booking!) Also, for safety reasons, visits with children under 12 years old are not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Items included in the management fee will not be charged separately. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. Additional charges may be requested for excessive use of included items.
