-The first floor is a pilotis parking lot (vehicle number is listed in the chat). -You can park in the parking lot or on the street. -Chungbuk National University is a 3-minute walk, Chungdae Hospital is a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. -The city bus stop is 3 minutes away, and Seongangil is 10 minutes by car. -Gagyeong Express Bus Terminal and Intercity Bus Terminal are a 20-minute walk away. -The SK Hynix commuter bus stop is a 4-minute walk away, or 10 minutes by taxi. -Cheongju Airport is 20 minutes by taxi.

Within a 100m radius, there are banks, coffee shops, laundromats, convenience stores, etc. The main gate, middle gate, and hospital of Chungbuk National University are close, and there are many movie theaters and franchise restaurants. The temporary building of the Chungbuk Education Library is available for use.
- Electricity, gas, water, and internet are all included in the management fee. - If your usage exceeds the average by more than 5%, additional charges may be applied after you check out. The management fee is a bit expensive. It would have been better if the price for two people was the base price. The additional cost for one person is a bit expensive.
