We offer a contactless check-in process; please note that smoking and pets are not permitted. We maintain the property in pristine condition and do not offer short-term rentals. We rent it out trusting that guests will treat it with care; it has previously hosted foreigners and overseas Koreans. - Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Seoul Arts Center, Gwacheon Government Complex, Seoul Grand Park, Yangjae Citizen's Forest, the Supreme Court, the Prosecutors' Office, Seoul National University of Education (SNUE), Shinsegae Department Store (Gangnam), Gangnam Express Bus Terminal, Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, the Tomb of Grand Prince Hyoryeong, and Banpo Hangang Park. - Within walking distance, a short local bus ride (2–3 stops), or a 10-minute drive, you will find the former residence of Grand Prince Hyoryeong, Bangbae Cafe Street, Seorae Village (French district and restaurant area), Montmartre Park, Seoripul Park, and Bangbae Forest Library. - Experience living in Seoul for a month right here!
In principle, items covered by the management fee are not billed separately. However, charges for items not included in the management fee, as well as for excessive electricity and water usage exceeding the monthly average by more than 15%, will be calculated and billed upon move-out. Additional costs may apply if a deep cleaning is required.
It was clean, conveniently located, and stocked with almost all necessary household amenities, making it an excellent place for an extended stay.
I am especially delighted to hear that guests visiting from abroad had such a pleasant stay. My own children live overseas, and this is the place they use for short periods whenever they come back to visit. Knowing that guests enjoyed their time here makes me feel truly rewarded, as it feels like the love I have for my children has extended to others as well.
I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul! 🙏
