As it is a new building, the interior is clean. It is a duplex structure with safe and stable stairs, so the ceiling is high. With a large frame containing the New York Manhattan building forest, you can feel as if you are in a New York accommodation if you turn on only the stand light after dark! Please note that there is a large window, but there is no special view as the building is covered.
It is located about a 10-minute walk from Exit 7 of Uijeongbu Station on Subway Line 1. If you are coming by bus, you can get off at the "Former Uijeongbu 3-dong Post Office" stop. Airport buses also stop at this stop, making it convenient to visit and travel. Parking is available in a mechanical automatic parking system, and one space is free to use.
Move-in is convenient and contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions. The combined area of the 1st floor and the loft is 12 pyeong.
1. Parking is available in the mechanical parking lot on the first floor of the building. (Due to size limitations, parking for large vehicles is not available. If you are unsure whether your vehicle type is suitable, please inform the host in advance to confirm availability.) 2. Please note that pets are not allowed. 3. Although cooking is permitted, please understand that grilling meat or fish, which can leave strong odors or cause oil splatters, is restricted to ensure the comfort of subsequent guests.
Excessive use of included items may incur additional charges.
There were so many discrepancies compared to the photos right from the start. The sofa was broken and looked absolutely tattered, and the bedding was locked away in a cabinet. It was baffling that I had to actually complain or speak up just to get them replaced. I understand that I was simply renting a space, but this room made me feel that someone should have come to check on it occasionally, rather than leaving the cleaning entirely to the staff. To their credit, they did replace the sofa and bedding immediately after I strongly complained. However, the bathroom was another story... I was shocked to learn that the shower fixture—which looked like it was about to fall off—had actually been in a state of decay for a long time, rather than being part of an ongoing maintenance or replacement schedule. All these issues combined to make the experience truly disappointing.
