1. The agreement is confirmed upon receipt of the security deposit and usage fee. 2. Check-in and check-out times can be flexibly adjusted. 3. Smoking (due to air quality issues) and keeping pets are prohibited, as they can cause inconvenience and disputes with neighbors. 4. Additional options for greater convenience can be requested and arranged as needed.
1. The unit is ready for immediate occupancy; viewings can be arranged either in person or via a contactless process. 2. The other tenants in the building are considerate and respectful, making it a pleasant place to live.
Electricity, gas, and water charges are included in the base rate. An additional water fee of 20,000 KRW per person applies if an additional person stays with the contracted tenant. Other costs—such as cleaning and disinfection fees, internet charges, and maintenance fees for provided amenities—are all included. (Separate repair fees apply for damage to provided amenities.) However, special cleaning and repair fees will be charged for contamination or blockages in drains or toilet pipes caused by pet hair, food waste, or waste oil.
