Bathroom ceiling Water is leaking above the toilet The host didn't know and just said sorry but is consistently acting like "what do you want me to do?" Water kept dripping for a week, and when I first contacted the host, after saying "Oh, yes, I'm sorry," there was no response or contact. I wonder if they would be satisfied with just "Oh, yes, I'm sorry" if they traveled and stayed in a place with a leaky ceiling. And 33M2 says they can't mediate because they are not a lodging reservation service like Airbnb or Agoda. They say it's more like helping with short-term real estate contracts. Then they should only charge a 0.4% commission, like real estate agencies. They charge 9.9%, which is similar to companies that resolve disputes, but provide only 0.4% real estate level service. I wonder if this is right. They told me to report it if I didn't like it, so I plan to report it consistently starting tomorrow. Chat GPT organized everything for me. I just need to copy and paste, so I'll put in that much effort. Thanks to the wonderful collaboration between the company and the accommodation, I enjoyed my trip with a lingering unpleasant feeling. And as expected from the host's character, the windows of the accommodation, which boasts a good view, were not maintained, so even when looking at the view, I didn't want to because of the dirty windows. The house, which claimed to have new interior design, had yellow industrial tape taped everywhere. Besides the water leak... "It's not my fault the water is leaking, so what do you want me to do?" You said that, right? That kind of mindset was evident throughout the accommodation. Thanks to you, I don't think I'll be coming to Jeju for a while. Thank you.
The sea view is great and the room is spacious, so it can be used by several people. It's close to Olle Market, so it's good to buy groceries from the market and eat. If you take the bus, take bus 181 in front of the registry office to get to the airport. The location is opposite the airport, so it's an hour away. It takes an hour and a half by bus. Go to Pyoseon Beach. The emerald sea is so beautiful. I recommend going to Seongsan Seopjikoji, taking the Seogwipo cruise, and tasting natural seafood at the Haenyeo's House! The canola flowers are in full bloom now, so it's beautiful. You can park in an empty spot in the alley. It's not a clean new building, but it's spacious and near Seogwipo Beach, so you can see the sea view well from the room, and it's close to the market and the airport bus stop. It's a good value for the money. A week goes by quickly.
This is an officetel with a great view of Beomseom Island in Seogwipo City.
