The location is convenient, and the accommodation was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay! The host was also kind and quick to respond to inquiries, which made the experience even more pleasant.
I used it for a month. On the first day I moved in, I could hear everything from the next room, including conversations and people taking off their shoes, probably because it was an old officetel building. I even considered moving out early. Since I came here for work, the quality of my sleep was important. After a few days, I got used to it. One day, I was startled by an emergency evacuation alarm telling me to evacuate immediately, so I ran down the stairs to the first floor (the accommodation was on the 17th floor). Many people, including me, poured out. No one, not the manager or anyone else, told us what was happening, so I contacted the host. They said they would look into it, but I was anxious and contacted a colleague in Daejeon to stay at their place. The next day, I heard from the host that it was a malfunction. They told me to check the bathroom and toilet faucets as soon as I moved in and to contact them when I wasn't home, but next time, it would be better to have everything ready before accepting guests. ◡̈⃝ This is a review of my one-month stay, where I spent 1.3 million won and felt it was a waste of money.
