Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the shower room was unsanitary; it hadn't been cleaned properly and had mold. When I first tried to shower, the water wouldn't drain, so I had to use a plunger to clear the blockage and clean around the drain. I later informed the owner about this, but I was upset by their dismissive attitude. It would have been nice to at least hear an apology.
