Hanaro Mart delivers to your home. There are many restaurants that deliver through Baemin as Hamdeok is nearby. • There is a bus stop (Jocheon Transfer Stop) within a 5-minute walk, so you can easily travel anywhere in Jeju Island by public transportation.

The bathroom has a manual bidet. Ceiling-mounted system air conditioners (heating and cooling) are installed in the living room and each bedroom. Since it also provides heating, unlike apartments, it can eliminate drafts in a detached house during winter and keep the interior warm. You enter after parking in the public parking lot (about 40 meters away). It is a 3-minute walk to Jocheon Port, and Olle Trail 18 is right next to it. Walking along the Jeju rural path and fishing village, you can enter Olle Trail 18 and quietly stroll and relax at places like Yeonbukjeong, Jocheon Port, the lighthouse, Yongcheonsu Exploration Trail, Jocheon Beach, and Manse Dongsan. It's a 5-minute drive to Hamdeok Beach, the prettiest beach in Jeju (7 minutes via the coastal road).

I had a great time living my Jeju dream in a beautiful and comfortable house! Thank you for meticulously preparing the amenities, I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I had a great time at the end and beginning of the year! There's a convenience store and coffee shop nearby, and Hanaro Mart is within walking distance. I also enjoyed the grilled Jeju hairtail at Baekrihyang nearby, which was good value for money. I was too lazy to go out, so I ordered delivery from Glossy Matcha! The neighborhood is quiet, and although the house is within the neighborhood, my privacy was guaranteed, so I rested even better. I'll visit again if I come to Jeju next time 🤍🤍

Pros: A place full of Jeju sensibility. Quiet surroundings. Close to the coastal road, so it's good for walking. Close to Hamdeok Beach. Convenience stores and Hanaro Mart are nearby. Cons: The apartment under construction was right next to the house, more than expected. (But the construction seems to have stopped. No noise.) There is a distance between the parking lot and the house, which is usually fine, but it's difficult when moving luggage at first and when checking out. (A cart is essential.) There are ledges in the living room and all rooms, so it's not recommended for families with children.
