• Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. • Move-in is contactless. • As this is not a lodging facility, consumables (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, detergents, toilet paper, etc.) must be prepared by the tenant who has rented the room. • We will clean the room thoroughly before move-in, but the tenant is responsible for cleaning, laundry, and room management during their stay.
The bed is currently a super single size. It is set up to be suitable for one person. ※ Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are present, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000-400,000 KRW) ※ Registration of move-in is not permitted.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee (including internet and IPTV). - If the total monthly electricity/gas/water bill exceeds 100,000 KRW, additional charges may be deducted.
