Construction work began on the day I moved in, causing loud noise and a strong odor throughout the building due to the sewer pipe repairs, which made my stay uncomfortable for the week. Had I been informed beforehand, I would not have moved in. The refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine are quite old. However, the cleaning service is available, so that aspect is fine.
