Check-in is conducted through a non-face-to-face short-term rental agreement, and check-in instructions will be sent via text message the day before your arrival.
*Bedding is prepared for a total of 4 people. If you need additional bedding, please bring your own.* This is a row villa located a 5-minute walk from Samyang Beach, famous for its black sand. You can enjoy leisure time with a 55-inch TV, and there are three air conditioners in total, one in each room including the living room. *Additional cleaning fees will be charged for furniture damage, severe bedding contamination, or indoor marking by pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If caught smoking, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Internet and water are included in the management fee. Electricity and gas (LPG heating) will be billed separately after you check out, based on your usage. *In the case of water, additional costs may be requested if excessive use is detected.

I guess the smell is unavoidable because it's old. I wish I could see it before deciding, but it's a shame that's not possible.
