Located in the bustling downtown area of Ilsan, it offers excellent transportation accessibility. It is a 7-minute walk from Jeongbalsan Station (Line 3), and there is a bus stop directly across from the officetel. The bus stop for the express bus to Seoul is a 10-minute walk away. It is close to Janghang IC and Jayu-ro, making it easy to drive to Seoul.

I had a wonderful stay for a month; the room was very spacious, and the lake view from the window was fantastic. It was very quiet, with absolutely no noise from neighbors above or next door. The host was incredibly kind, and everything I needed was provided. I also really enjoyed taking daily walks in the lake park right outside.
