It's a quiet residential area, and the front of the house is on a main road, making it safe. CCTV is installed to eliminate blind spots, including at the building entrance, ensuring safety. 3 rooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), refrigerator, sofa, dining table, washing machine... fully furnished.
1. Take Exit 2 of Ahyeon Station on Line 2 and walk for 1 minute towards Bukahyeon-dong. 2. Take the Seodaemun 05 village bus and get off at Bukahyeon 3-way intersection. The village bus stop is right in front of the house, so it's convenient to use. Bus No. 5 goes to Ahyeon Station on Line 2, Sinchon Station, Ewha Womans University, Yonsei University, and Severance Hospital.

The entire 3rd floor is for your exclusive use. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, and you can take this bus to Ahyeon Station, Ewha Womans University Station, Sinchon Station, and Severance Hospital all at once.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. For July and August, the electricity bill is an additional 50,000 won/week.
The weather was chilly, but the house was warm and clean. However, it was a bit inconvenient to have mosquitoes even in the cold weather. The hospital was also close, and it was convenient to take my parents around.
