A clean home personally managed by the owner. A neat and cozy space featuring an all-white color scheme. Equipped with one double bed and one single bed, it is suitable for families. A quiet, comfortable retreat to help you unwind after a tiring day. Two air conditioners in total: one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Regular disinfection and sanitization are performed. Secure and safe: features a building entrance security system, CCTV surveillance, and electronic door locks. Ground-floor parking available for 8 vehicles.
It is within a 5-minute walk of Suseongmot Station and Hwanggeum Station (monorail). Suseongmot Lake, perfect for a leisurely walk, is nearby. With convenience stores, a café street, and a restaurant district close by, you can enjoy a relaxed evening lifestyle.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. If evidence of indoor smoking is found after check-out, 100,000 KRW may be deducted from the security deposit. As this is not a commercial lodging facility, personal toiletries (such as towels and shampoo) are not provided. For safety reasons, no food items—including seasonings—are provided.
Suseongmot Lake, a famous landmark in Suseong-gu, is located nearby, allowing you to enjoy leisurely walks and a pleasant atmosphere. The area offers great convenience for daily life, with a café street, large supermarkets, Daiso, and government offices all close by.
Electricity charges are not included in the maintenance fee. We settle the bill based on actual usage by taking photos of the meter upon check-in and check-out. If you conserve electricity just as you would at home, the cost will not be high.
