Check-in is contactless. As it is an apartment, the main entrance on the ground and underground floors can be accessed using the IoT app, and the front door of the house can be entered and exited using the door lock password. Once you complete your reservation, please download the IoT app, provide your phone number, and then you can enter. If you do not have a Korean phone number, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with a separate key that can be used on the ground and underground floors.
The house structure is like something you'd see abroad. Please be sure to inform us of the number of guests. If you are bringing a dog or cat, please inquire in advance. Smoking is strictly prohibited as our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
In winter (November-March), all management fees are included except for gas. In summer (July-September), all management fees are included except for electricity. On average, it costs about 20,000-100,000 won per week. If you only use the basic services, no separate charges will be applied. Check monthly usage.
