This spacious apartment spans approximately 60 pyeong (approx. 2,130 sq. ft.) and features a living room adorned with a chandelier, as well as an attic on the upper level. High ceilings create an open, airy atmosphere and offer expansive views. The layout includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, and an attic. We hope you enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious yet cozy home; every area has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home.
A 7-minute walk to Wanggil Station (Incheon Subway Line 2) A 1-minute walk to bus stops serving routes between Seoul-Incheon, within Incheon, and Incheon-Gyeonggi 10 minutes to Geomdan Intersection The Geomdan-Yangchon IC (Capital Region 2nd Ring Expressway) is right in front of the property, and the Cheongna IC (Incheon International Airport Expressway) is nearby.
Check-in is contactless; you can access the main ground-level and underground entrances using an IoT app, while the unit's front door is accessed via a keypad code. Once your reservation is confirmed, please download the IoT app and provide your mobile number to gain entry. If you do not have a Korean mobile number, please let us know in advance, and we will provide a separate key for the ground-level and underground entrances.
The layout of the home is reminiscent of those found abroad. Please be sure to let us know the number of guests. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a dog or cat. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as this is a non-smoking apartment complex.
During the winter season (November–March), all utility and maintenance fees are included, except for gas costs. During the summer season (July–September), all utility and maintenance fees are included, except for electricity costs. Costs typically average around 20,000 to 100,000 KRW per week. No additional charges apply if usage remains within the basic allowance. Monthly usage is monitored.
