This spacious, two-story apartment (approx. 2,130 sq. ft.) is ideal for families on short-term stays, temporary housing during moves or renovations, or business teams traveling together. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout ensures everyone has their own comfortable space. It offers a relaxed, long-term living environment featuring a high-ceilinged living room, a large kitchen, expansive views, and a separate attic.

The check-in process is convenient and contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide instructions on using the IoT app for building access and share the passcode for your unit's entrance. After you install the app, please let us know your mobile number so we can register you for building access. For international guests without a local mobile number, we provide a separate access key for the ground-level and underground building entrances. Please feel free to send us a message if you have any questions during your stay.

Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Please provide the exact number of guests when booking so we can offer the appropriate information. If you wish to bring a dog or cat, please contact us before making a reservation. The entire complex is a non-smoking area; smoking is prohibited both indoors and anywhere within the premises.
During the winter season (November–March), all utility and maintenance fees are included, except for gas costs. During the summer season (July–September), all utility and maintenance fees are included, except for electricity costs. Costs typically average around 20,000 to 100,000 KRW per week. No additional charges apply if usage remains within the basic allowance. Monthly usage is monitored.
