It is an 11-minute walk from Sookdae Station on Line 4, a 9-minute walk to the public bus stop, and a 150m walk to the village bus stop. Seoul Station is a 23-minute walk or a 6-minute taxi ride away. It is a flat area, so it is good for walking.

The windows face east and south, so the house is sunny and warm. There is an unobstructed view of Namsan Tower as there are no buildings in front. As it is a university town, there are many restaurants with great value for money. The low cost of food will make living here comfortable. Please note that one room is not available for use due to a child's belongings. The living room, which doubles as a room (extended room), is large, and the kitchen is also very large (25-pyeong kitchen size). For a two-room apartment, it is a very spacious layout, making it a very pleasant living space.
- All utility bills are 120,000 won for 4 weeks, and additional charges will be applied if the electricity, water, and gas bills exceed 120,000 won. An additional 100,000 won will be charged for 4 weeks for each additional person. - Pets and smokers are not allowed.
