- Located at Bangbang Intersection - Convenient transportation with Gangnam Station a 10-minute walk away and Yangjae Station a 7-minute walk away.
- Check-in is contactless. - After signing the contract, we will send you the accommodation usage guide on the day of check-in. - As this is not a lodging establishment, hygiene products are not provided. (Please inquire for details) - Pets are generally not allowed, but may be permitted with prior consultation and an additional special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW (only one pet is allowed, and charges may apply for any damage to the interior or items caused by the pet).
- Move-in registration and parking registration are not possible. - The underground gym is available, and a storage unit per household is available (upon request). - If the house interior or items are damaged or soiled, the cost of compensation for the damage will be incurred.
- Electricity, city gas, water, TV, and internet costs are included in the management fee (excluding garbage bags). - However, if you use excessive electricity and gas, additional costs may be requested.
