We have everything you need for your stay. If you need anything (not included in the amenities), please request it before moving in, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. It is a pleasant and cozy space.
It is 1-2 minutes from Dongmae Station and is opposite the mart. It is a good location for traveling to Dadaepo, Gamcheon Village, Nampo-dong, and Gadeokdo. Gimhae Airport is also nearby.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Every year, photographers and tourists come to see the sunset at Dadaepo, and it's also a great spot for us at J-Room. While it's nice to watch from your room, the sunset from our very spacious rooftop is truly spectacular. You can also see Yeondaebong Peak on Gadeokdo Island from the rooftop. We have ample parking, and J-Room doesn't charge extra for parking during your stay.^^
An additional fee may be charged upon check-out for excessive use of electricity and gas (in winter).
The owner is great and handles inquiries immediately. There is also plenty of parking space.
There are plenty of amenities nearby, so staying here is quite convenient. However, there is some noise from traffic and air conditioner outdoor units, which might be bothersome if you are sensitive to sound. It is close to the subway, making it a great location for outings to Nampo-dong or the western Busan area. As long as you don't plan to spend all your time indoors and don't mind a bit of wear and tear, the location is excellent for getting around, and I had a pleasant stay. One downside is that the bedding is thin, so you can clearly feel the mattress springs.

The space was ample for living alone, and I enjoyed a quiet stay. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding area has great amenities. I’ve already booked this place for my next business trip.
